Wiliamson’s 1898 patent , version without bell (O’Leary, p. 99Noyes 1906 US patent advertising Green River Whiskey (O’Leary,122). E-Z Cork Puller. The E-Z was apparently introduced right after WW2. I could find no patent. Brown’s 1935 US patent (O’Leary P. 149). Three patented can openers with corkscrews including Browne’s 1898 (O’Leary, pages 98,125 & 158). One barman’s tool and a “Stewart-Warner” cap-lifter corkscrew with no patent evident. Stewart-Warner apparently made refrigerators and it has been suggested that the curved end was used to break free ice trays in early fridges. A barman’s tool for which a patent had been applied.
